Shipping & Payment
All Levenger Outlet items are shipped via FedEx Ground with an average ship time of 3-7 days from date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when you place your order. As of right now, we can only ship within the United States. Sorry, but we cannot ship internationally (this includes Canada) or to APO/FPO addresses. Hawaiian, Alaskan, and Puerto Rico residents; there will be an extra shipping charge of $19.00 because it is quite costly to ship outside the continuous states. An additional invoice will be sent if you use instant payment and your purchase will not ship until paid.
The faster you make your payment, the faster we will ship your items. We only accept PayPal because accepting other types of payments causes a delay in processing and shipping the order. Payments must be received within 3 days of an auction ending. If after 5 days we still have not received payment or been contacted to make other arrangements, we will file an unpaid item dispute and cancel your order to resell the items.
