To assist us in expediting your return, exchange and/or refund, we ask that you contact us prior to returning the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received it.   Please return products in the original packaging, include all accessories and a copy of the packing slip. 

Please notify us by e-mail or phone and we will promptly issue an authorization to return the item.  Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
