| Welcome to Igloo Sports, I have made some important changes with my store this month with shipping options and feedback. For all returning customers you will still receive the same treatment and options that you have been receiving. For ALL new buyers any card costing $75 or more shipping will require registered mail with signature upon delivery. This is to protect your merchandise and to protect my rights as a seller. I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Additional shipping options are available upon request. All cards are shipped in a thick card toploader with bubble wrap, a invoice, and a padded protective envelope. Shipping times will vary due to destination. For all new buyers living in Canada, please understand that the customs department will delay shipping times based on the amount declared on the customs form. All items are shipped out within 24-48 hours of payment recieved. If you check the date on your envelope when you receive it you will see how quickly it was shipped after payment received. Feedback for returning customers will still be left for them immediately after payment is received. For all NEW buyers feedback will only be left once it has been received. This is because of all the buyers out there that do not take the time to leave any. I will also be making a monthly list of NON-PAYERS, POOR COMMUNICATORS, and ANYONE ELSE who doesn't act in a professional manner by honoring their commitment to Ebay and myself. This list will be available to anyone who subscribes to my monthly newsletter. This is to warn all other sellers out there who to deal with and who not to deal with. I will only respond to emails through Ebay, this is to keep everything documented in case of any complications. Please feel free to email with any questions or concerns.
