I am determined that every transaction you have with FlipFlop Leos is a "5 star" transaction! I want all of my customers to be able to leave positive feedback and give me a 5 in each one of the star ratings.  In order to earn this, I am in the process of revising each one of my listings which should result in reduced shipping charges for most purchases.  I am allowing Ebay to automatically calculate postage based on the weight of the shipment.  The small handling charge will help defray the expense of shipping supplies, trips to the post office, lables & ink, order pulling, and all the other expenses beyond postage that goes into a shipment.  This is new to me, and I'm not quite sure how the combined shipping will work, so I will be monitoring this new set-up carefully.  Also, it will take about a month for me to get get all my listings revised.  Please be patient with me while I make this change.

SHIPPING

• I ship all my item US Postal service
•   I ship within one business day of any payment unless your package requires a trip to the post office (to purchase insurance or some other special service).  Due to gas prices and time I do not visit the post office daily.  If your shipment requires a post office trip, I will email you with a shipping date.  If your (domestic) purchase has not arrived within 6 or 7 days of payment, I urge you to contact me.  I try very hard to be mistake-free, but I have not reached perfection!  I'd rather know earlier rather than later if your shipment is delayed.
•  If you want to combine shipping on items that end at different times, please contact me and  wait for all of them to end before paying. 
• I cannot hold paid for items waiting for other items to end -- if its paid for, it goes out the door! 
•  I like for all transactions to be paid within 7 days, the period of time Ebay allows before reporting a sale for non-payment. If one of your purchases becomes 7 days old and you're still waiting on auction items, please contact me to avoid a report to dispute console.
