Shipping time:
It usually takes me about 3-4 days to get items done and shipped. All carriers are made to order, since there are too many options to a carrier, ie... extra long straps, padded straps, and an extra pocket. Buyers add things to carriers all the time so I make them as the orders come in and are paid for, I work from my home and dont really have the space to have a huge stock, and with all the extra's offered. I like to make sure that all carriers are as ordered. and I currently make about 80 carriers a week, for ebay, my website and 2 local baby stores. Bare with me if it takes a few days longer I am working as fast as I can and sometimes it may take me a day or so long.
Padded Upper Straps:
As listed and unless stated, My upper shoulder straps are not padded. I will pad the upper straps on any carrier listed for an additional $4.00.
Return Policy:
I do have a very good return policy, I want to make sure that my customers are happy with the purchase. If you find that the carrier is not what you had wanted and maybe it doesnt work for you and your baby. You can return your carrier back to me. I must receive the carrier back within 7 days of you receiving it. and I will refund your purchase price. I do not refund shipping.
