We ship via FEDEX and UPS in some cases we may ship USPS if to a FPO/APO address or if the item is under a certain value - normally $ 250.00. Orders usually ship the same or next day if you use our secure checkout sent from sales@bigcitydirect.com . Failing to use this checkout will cause your order to be delayed. If we have questions regarding your transaction you need to reply to sales@bigcitydirect.com .... When you complete the checkout make sure your email address is correct to prevent any delays. Please understand failing to ship to the billing address on your credit card or a confirmed address with a verified status may delay your order. We do the best we can to provide security for all involved. If you are not using confirmed information you need to plan to work with us to get your order verified. Failing to provide information needed may result in a request for your payment to be sent via wire transfer. If you wish not to transfer funds your order may be canceled. If we do not approve your order we will refund your payment and you will have the option to wire transfer the funds. We make every effort to verify orders in 24-48 hours but those that do not have confirmed information will take longer. We expect you not to have any negative feelings if we can't approve your order based on unconfirmed information and in turn we will not have any negative feelings as well. If this cancelation occurs all we ask is that you not leave negative feedback and that you agree that we could not agree to the payment method so that our selling fees will be returned.
