All items are listed with a flat rate UPS Ground Service cost  for the lower 48 States only. 

 When your payment is received or cleared we will promptly ship your purchase.  UPS works Monday through Friday and is closed for major Holidays.  UPS promises delivery within 7-14 business days but we find the large majority of our customers are please to receive their item in less time than expected. 

When we ship you will receive an email notification with a UPS tracking number for your delivery.  Please utilize this tracking number a minimum of 24 hours after we have sent your package out.   This number enables you to locate your item(s) in transit and get an estimated delivery date and time. 

If you have a feedback score of 5 or less and would like to purchase more than two items you must contact us to make arrangements for your order.

UNDERSTAND THAT UPS IS RESPONSIBLE TO HANDLE YOUR PACKAGE WITH CARE AND DELIVER IT IN A TIMELY MANNER.  ON OCCASION THERE IS A MISHAP WITH UPS DURING SHIPPING AND PRODUCTS MAY BE DAMAGED.  UPS HAS A CLAIM SYSTEM TO TAKE CARE OF SUCH MATTERS.

UNDERSTAND THAT THE MANUFACTURER STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND IF THERE SHOULD BE A DEFECT WITH YOUR ITEM THEY WILL EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR ANOTHER.

IN BOTH OF THESE SITUATIONS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CONTACT US BY EMAIL OR PHONE, PLACE YOUR PURCHASE(S) IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RETURN IT TO US.

UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU HAVE DAMAGED A PRODUCT DURING INSTALLATION NEITHER UPS NOR THE MANUFACTURER ARE ABLE TO REPLACE OR REFUND YOUR PURCHASE.  We suggest professional installation since they are covered by their insurance should anything like this happen.

WE TAKE RESPONSBILITY FOR ANY ERROR THAT WE MAKE.  SOME ASPECTS OF EBAY, PAYPAL, UPS AND MANUFACTURING ARE TRULY BEYOND OUR CONTROL.  We will help you, however we can, to file claims, return, replace, exchange or refund orders.
