We are constrained by Paypal regulations to only use shipping methods that offer full tracking/and/or insurance for ALL shipments. WE CAN NO LONGER USE SHIPPING METHODS THAT CANNOT BE TRACKED FULLY TO THEIR DESTINATIONS!
There is no economical method of shipping small orders to Europe or other INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS. Paypal and eBay require us to provide both tracking and insurance to INTERNATIONAL destinations. For orders less than a pound, we will use USPS Priority Mail International, but not flat rate envelopes since they cannot be tracked or insured. For orders up to 1.75kg, we will use USPS Express Mail flat rate envelopes, and for orders up to 9kg, we will use USPS Priority Mail flat rate boxes. Combined shipping to International destinations will be determined by Actual Freight Costs + Paypal Fees + Insurance. Sorry for any inconvenience, but we have little choice in this matter. Postal Service in the EU is unreliable, and criminal activity there is on the upswing. Feel free to add to your order to economize the shipping options. Thank you, Bassfancier

TO OUR EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: We can no longer accept Paypal payments from European customers except in cases where shipments are insured. This means that USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelopes or First Class International cannot be used as a shipping means. USPS regular Priority Mail or flat rate boxes CAN be used as long as the shipment is insured. Express Mail International flat rate envelopes can be used also. INSURANCE will be REQUIRED.
